We all know that we should be getting a lot of fruits and vegetables into our diet, but very few of us get the recommended 5 to 10 cups a day.
In fact, in the US, approximately 75% of the population does not get the proper amount of fruits and veggies!
Here’s a great way to turn that around: The ½ Plate Rule By making sure that half of your plate of food at each seating is a fruit or vegetable, you should be able to meet or exceed the daily recommendation.
