The thing about work life balance is you just need to start!
One quick fix won’t solve everything in your work life balance.
It may be relatively obvious which changes are necessary to bring you back into balance, but unless you consistently implement them, and remain aware and on-guard, chances are it will happen again.
That’s why things like routines, morning rituals, and exercise regimes are so important and effective for anyone seeking to regain or maintain a work-life balance.
Constant effort is required to maintain equilibrium, but it doesn’t have to be so hard! Plus, once you get into a habit of ensuring some self-care practices like meditation, yoga, or exercise regimes, it becomes second nature to return to them in times of need.
The key is just to start!
