Nutrition and sleep are two necessities which can be associated with both our work and our personal home lives.
If we don’t eat well, we don’t have energy, which means we have no motivation, which causes everything else to suffer, including work responsibilities and personal relationships.

We can prioritise proper nutrition by prepping meals, checking your consumption of unhealthy foods, and making sure you get to bed at around the same time every night.
