Work and Routine …
Are you a fan of routine?
Some people simply don’t like the thought of the word ‘routine,’ on the other hand, there are some who thrive when following a structured daily schedule.
If you know that you are likely to neglect certain family duties or personal issues in favor of work responsibilities (or vice versa!), then it might benefit you to set a structured routine for yourself.
You can do this be trying some of the following ideas:
Schedule in time to spend with your friends.
Set aside an hour to have dinner with your family each night - uninterrupted by work.
Regular routines are linked to better mental health, higher quality of sleep, and a more relaxed overall way of being.
The quality of your work and productivity will increase, your ‘home life’ will be for ‘home life’ only, and you may even find more time out for yourself to prioritize self-care.
I hope you have enjoyed this information. Until next time!
