Rethink That Drink
Did you know over 60% of our body is made up of water?
Like caffeine, alcohol is a diuretic. Not only that, but alcohol is repeatedly proven to have adverse effects on our body and health. It impacts the proper functioning of our brain, liver, lungs, and other major organs.
I recommend to clients that they reduce their alcohol and caffeine consumption and one way of doing this is by having a glass of water between drinks.
For example start your day with a glass of water, then coffee or tea, then another glass of water before your mid morning caffeine hit!
On a night out have a glass of water between your drinks or with your drinks.
Choose flavoured water to have between or instead of your glass of gin and tonic or cider.
