So it’s December, another year is over, and I started thinking of New Year’s Resolutions. We set them because we want to change our lives, but more often than not, they fail. How often have your resolutions become solutions? Are you ready to make this the year you achieve goals and maintain the positive change in your life you need to be happy?
In my Health Coach Sessions, we set Resolutions or Goals. These are personal to the individual. I work with people who are ready to make their goals a reality finally. This can take time!
Setting personal goals can be easy for some, but others find this task very difficult. Sometimes we overthink it. Your goal can be anything! From fitness, health, business, family. Anyone who has ever set a vague goal and failed to achieve it will benefit from this inspirational and motivational blog.
