Home, Garden and Getting Active
Our home and garden can keep us active!
Mow the lawn, pull up weeds, hoover the living room, wash the floor. All of this gets us moving and keeps us active!
I will often ask my clients to keep an activity diary.
They are often surprised at how active they are! Pruning plants are easy ways to get moving without getting too intense.
This also then builds extra exercise into their daily routines. Dancing in the kitchen to their favourite song!
Once you start to think about being active, it’s amazing how many ways you can think of pulling into your daily routine.
