Vegan Creamy Berry Smoothie
I absolutely love creamy berry smoothies - they're such a delicious and healthy treat! There's nothing quite like starting your day with a refreshing smoothie packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
2 tbsps chia seeds
Juice of 2 limes
1 cup almond milk
5 ice cubes
Method
First, wash and dry all the produce.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and score the flesh before transferring it to a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Additional Notes:
You can also try this recipe with strawberries and raspberries, both of which taste great. Once done, serve the dish in a bowl with granola and your favorite fresh fruit.
