Self-care is an important part of life, but sometimes it’s hard to find time for it!
As a mother of four boys I have often dedicated my time towards my family, my home, my work.
Do I always dedicate time for myself though?
When I became a Holistic Health Coach I decided to dedicate some time for myself each day.
I spend at least 5 minutes each morning and evening for me. This can be enjoying a drink in peace, listening to my favourite songs, reading books, takina a walk or spending some time in quiet reflection and meditation.
