It can be difficult in such a fast-paced, modern life to allow ourselves to slow down enough to enjoy the experiences that surround us.
Meditation can be quite a challenging concept for some people. They think it will be difficult to learn or take a long time.
Meditation can take just a few minutes a day or it can take longer. It can be part of a class, or it can be completed by yourself.
I teach meditation in groups or private classes. If you are new to meditation then why not contact me and arrange a private class where I will discuss the types and give you some experience of these.
We could all build meditation into our days and it helps reduce stress.
