When eating meat we all have our opinions and the papers and internet is full of advice.
Some suggest to choose white over red.
Others insist on plant based or a vegan diet.
You may have read that organic and grass fed is a must.
When it comes to meat, we are encouraged to opt for chicken and fish for a healthier dish!
I pass on my knowledge and then encourage clients to form their own opinions on the subject of meat.
Some will commit to cutting out red meat from their diet, others will decide to try a vegetarian meal once or twice a week.
I encourage my clients to choose organic or grass fed when they can afford to do so, but with food prices rising this can be increasingly difficult for many of us.
