Cutting sugar is no easy task, because sugar is in so many things that we buy at the store, in the recipes we prepare at home, and even in the foods ordered at restaurants. It is not going to be easy at first, but cutting sugar is a great way to improve your health.
Here are some steps to follow to help get you ready:
Mindset: prepare yourself by first setting your mind on cleaning your body.
Healthy Eating: focus on eating healthy carbs, proteins, and fats. Eating healthily will help you feel better as your body starts its detox.
Routines: approach your detox by gearing up in the days before by making small changes to your routine, such as cutting cream and sugar from your morning coffee or cutting down on any beverages with sugar throughout the day.
Clean: get rid of all the candies and sweets you have in your pantry. Be sure to read those ingredient lists!
