The internet is full of pages of healthy desserts that we can enjoy. My own website also has some amazing recipes for you to try.
I took a qualification on emotions and food. I often discuss with my clients emotions around food. We can talk about not cutting the desserts out but about thinking of them in a different way. Enjoy them, but perhaps have a smaller portion and eat it alongside some fresh fruit.
Often when we change our perspective on something, the urge to consume it becomes less, and we actually come to realise over time that we don’t need it as much as we thought we did. What we were looking for was something else.
