I don’t believe in diets but here is a question. Do you eat to live or live to eat?
Which do you do?
We all are faced with temptations every day. However, it’s important to be mindful of what we eat on a regular basis as part of a healthy lifestyle.
As I tell my clients, it’s totally okay to partake in a cupcake or a few slices of pizza every once in a while, just balance the “junk” food with healthy whole foods, and eat your treats in moderation!
Have your slice of chocolate cake, but a smaller slice with some fresh strawberries or raspberries beside it!
Treating yourself to food every once in a while is totally okay!
Just balance the bad with plenty of good and eat in moderation.
