Does anyone use these apps or have another to recommend?
I provide meal planning and nutrition guidance to my clients and I have my own app that I share with them as well. They can plan meals, look at their home stock list and produce a shopping list each week. It allows them to see how to cook the meals, how long it will take and how healthy it is for them.
Health Apps can be useful in today’s busy world.
