Try starting a diary or a gratitude journal to track things for which you are thankful.
It’s great to be able to refer back to your journal on days you need a pick me up and it doesn’t need to take hours out of your day!
It can take a minute to write one down one thing you are grateful for each day.

I journal every day and those rare days that I’m too busy - I miss it. I feel more stressed and less peaceful.
