I mentioned this in an earlier post, but I feel it’s a crucial point to return to.
Ultimately, no matter what New Life’s Goal you’re looking to achieve this year, I want you to leave these posts with the knowledge that you deserve to enjoy every single moment of meeting that goal.
When it becomes like a chore, when you feel down, pessimistic or disillusioned with your potential for success, that’s when you know something needs to change. It could be your attitude, your actions, or your reasoning and motivation for striving for it.
When this happens, return to your intention. Your motivation. Your mantra.
What is the reassurance you need to get back on track?
Where will it come from?
Break down the more prominent issues into smaller, manageable steps, and you’ll begin to realise that lasting change is possible.
