What is joy?
In this fast-paced world, we often don’t consider what joy is or what brings us joy.
Our day can fly by and soon it is the end of a week, a month, a year.
Once we have dealt with work, cooking, schooling, family, any spare time we do have is taken up by being exhausted and sitting on the couch eating chips and watching a movie. Relaxation is essential at the end of a stressful day. What about joy, though? How do you fit joy into your week?
Joy is what makes us human. Laughing with friends, taking a hike, or time with our family and friends. Do you need more joy in your life? How could you go about achieving this?
